1. CE Certificate
The CE Certificate of Constancy of Performance proves that our hpl cladding are in compliance with the consistency of performance of the laminates according to Regulation 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 (CPR).
2. Corrosion Resistance
A standardized corrosion test method that is used to check the corrosion resistance of several materials and surface coatings. The Corrosion Resistance Test conducted on our exterior grade wall cladding materials is also called the salt spray test and was conducted by Atharva Laboratories.
3. UV Resistance
The Fluorescent UV Accelerated Weathering Test checks the resistance of a non-metallic material to sunlight and moisture exposure. In general, when UV rays bombard a surface, there is a degradation of smaller pigment particles that change the surface colour, creating a chalk effect. This test proved that Greenlam hpl cladding is resistant to the elements and keeps its original shine for a very long time.
4. Fire Propagation Test Certificate
The Fire Propagation Test seeks to determine the index of performance of our high pressure decorative laminates when exposed to test conditions specified in British Standard 476 : Part 6 : 1989 “Method of Test for Fire Propagation for products”. The test proved that our hpl cladding has excellent fire retardancy properties.
5. Resistance to Artificial Weathering
The Resistance to Artificial Weathering Test is a process seeking to determine any changes to the original texture of laminate on exposure to the elements. This test proved that our exterior grade hpl cladding preserves its color tone despite exposure to the elements.
6. Light Fastness
The Lightfastness (xenon arc) Test exposes the subject to intense artificial light to measure any changes in color due to the impact. The test results showed that there are no major changes in color on hpl cladding as a result of intense exposure to light.
7. Acid Rain Resistance
The Acid Rain Resistance Test measures the resistance of Greenlam clads to airborne chemical stresses. The test result proved that Greenlam hpl cladding offers protection against weather and can be used in locations that experience high incidence of acid rain.
